A hybrid agent hits the road to attract more recruits…

Hybrid agent eXp UK is embarking on a nationwide tour this month to showcase its US-inspired business model.

He will visit London, Birmingham, Manchester, York, Bristol and Guildford from May 17-24.

The roadshow is aimed at those looking to join the brand or current freelance agents looking for advice on how to grow their business.

Adam Day, head of international expansion for eXp UK, will lead the tour, joined by estate agent trainer Richard Rawlings, advising agents on how to generate leads that translate into profitable instructions.

Also joining the tour is British athlete and Olympian Roger Black MBE, who will guide agents in mindset strategies that help achieve goals.

The brand says it has already attracted more than 280 agents across the UK since its launch in November 2019.

It comes after data from Twenty Ci ranked eXp UK as the UK’s 18th largest estate agency for the number of new instructions and agreed sales.

The company is part of the global eXp Realty brand, which operates in 21 countries across five continents with 80,000 agents worldwide.

Day said: “After a year of rapid growth, we look forward to getting back on the road to connect with current eXp agents across the UK, as well as meeting potential agents from more traditional backgrounds who have the ambition to also obtain better income opportunities, such as taking ownership of their careers, their professional lives and their successes.

“Sessions will include training and special guest insights and provide incredible networking opportunities for existing agents.”

The roadshows will all take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and can be booked free of charge. To book, visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/o/adam-day-27660746269
