Hamilton Thomas Homes launched in Houston market

Hamilton Thomas Homes, a new builder in the Houston area, has announced plans to build their first community in Balmoral.

Led by Jennifer Keller, Hamilton Thomas Homes opened in October at Balmoral, where it will build 31 homes on 45-foot sites. Homes will range from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet, with prices in the range of $ 300,000, according to a press release.

Keller has over 25 years of experience in the Houston real estate market, making his real estate debut at AECOM / Turner Collie & Braden. She also worked at KB Home, developer Land Tejas and William Lyon Homes. Davin Toruta, Vice President of Operations, and Chynelle Munnilal, Chief Financial Officer, join Keller at Hamilton Thomas Homes.

“Our current team has over 50 years of experience, and we are leveraging that expertise to develop modern home designs that will resonate with the way people live today,” said Keller, president and chief operating officer by Hamilton Thomas Homes. “We are excited to have our home designs showcased in Houston in the highly developed communities of Land Tejas, which provide homebuyers with excellent choices for quality schools, retail stores and entertainment.”

After construction begins at Balmoral, Hamilton Thomas Homes will begin construction in Marvida, a planned community in Cypress, where it will build 66 homes on 60 foot sites. A 3,298 square foot model home will feature four bedrooms, a playroom, an office, a three-car garage and the possibility of a guest suite on the ground floor. The price at Marvida will start at $ 400,000.

In December, Hamilton Thomas Homes plans to begin construction in the Sunterra community of Katy. Starting at $ 300,000, homes will be built on 45-foot lots and will vary from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet. A 2,797 square foot model home will be a four bedroom design with a second standard bedroom on the ground floor, a game room, and a flexible room that can be used as an office.
