Homework:
At Hyatt Place, The Gallery Host is a multi-faceted opportunity for dynamic customer service professionals.
Varied duties including front desk operations, food service, cafe and market retail services.
Overview:
This role maximizes revenue and creates value by providing excellent customer service. This includes efficient reservation sales, efficient and accurate management of all customer accounts, and assistance with all phases of the customer experience, such as check-in, check-out and problem resolution. This position will also be involved in the catering service.
Requirements:
Required Skills :
Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, be able to learn quickly, pay attention to detail and remain calm when working under pressure; demonstrates very good telephone skills
Experience / Training:
Previous customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma and / or equivalent work experience desired, but not required
