WorkWave has announced running legend Rusty Wallace as its Beyond Service 2023 User Conference main speaker.
Wallace was the 1989 NASCAR Cup Series champion, 1984 Rookie of the Year and 55-time Cup Series winner. It will provide “unique insight into business growth and success, and highlight the leadership and teamwork skills needed to effectively grow your business,” according to a WorkWave Press release.
Wallace’s keynote address will take place on January 10 from 8:30 a.m., followed by a VIP meet and greet. WorkWave CEO David Giannetto will kick off this year’s conference with a keynote presentation on Monday, January 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., where he will be joined by other WorkWave executives to discuss the successes the company has experienced in 2022, and its future vision for 2023 and beyond.

For 16 consecutive seasons, Wallace has won at least one race in NASCAR’s Cup Series, marking the third-longest such streak in history. By the time of his retirement in 2005, Wallace’s 55 wins marked the eighth-best total of all time, and his nearly 20,000 laps led him to seventh all-time. Wallace is often credited as one of the catalysts for the mainstream appeal the sport enjoys today. Currently, Wallace is a senior analyst for MRN Radio – “the voice of NASCAR” – where he is heard on over 700 affiliates nationwide, as well as Sirius XM Radio.
Wallace is also active in other business pursuits. In 2005, he became the first NASCAR driver in recent history to design a professional racing facility when he signed the plans for the 7/8 mile Iowa Speedway. The facility has received rave reviews and has hosted rounds of the NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and Indycar Series. Wallace is also the main player in the Rusty Wallace Automotive Groupa collection of eight car dealerships located in eastern Tennessee.
This year’s User Conference will be held January 8-11, 2023 at the Hilton Orlando in Florida.
